Support & help
Toccobird Panorama Measure (short name: Panorama Measure) is part of the Toccobird app series, built for 360° panorama annotation. Add dimensions, text and hotspots to panoramas, connect compatible cameras, organize projects and areas, and export PDF / JPEG reports and complete project backups. It supports iPhone and iPad running iOS / iPadOS 18.4 or later and provides Simplified Chinese and English interfaces.
Camera connection and import
Choose the camera entry and brand under Import / Organize. Turn on the camera and its wireless features, allow Bluetooth and local-network access when prompted, and confirm pairing and joining camera Wi-Fi. Browse available photos and import supported files. Keep the camera awake and connected to Wi-Fi during downloads. Close other apps using the camera connection before retrying. Camera Wi-Fi may not provide internet access.
Direct connections for both Insta360 and DJI OSMO 360 are experimental. Support depends on the model, firmware and capture mode. Insta360 support focuses on standard dual-lens panoramas; HDR, burst and RAW are not currently supported. DJI photo lists may be incomplete. For import problems, send the camera model, firmware, file type and relevant error to support; a complete private project is not necessary.
Without an external camera, you can still import ordinary photos and compatible panoramas from Photos or Files, then annotate and organize them on your device.
Free trial, one-time purchase and restoration
Open the trial entry in Records or the access entry in Settings to claim a 7-day free trial. It runs for 168 consecutive hours from Apple's confirmation, does not renew or charge automatically, and requires no cancellation. Full access is a one-time purchase without a subscription. The localized price shown by the App Store in the app applies.
After the trial ends, existing records remain available for viewing, searching, backup, restoration and export. Creation, editing and measurement require full access. To restore a purchase or use it on another device, use the Apple Account originally used to purchase, open the access page and tap Restore purchases. Claims, purchases and restoration require an App Store connection. Refund requests are handled through Apple's purchase support channels.
Saving, exporting and backing up
Records are primarily stored on your device. Use Settings → Backup & restore to save a complete backup to a trusted location. Complete packages contain originals, private notes and project structure, without password encryption. PDF / JPEG exports are for reading and delivery and do not replace a restorable backup. Preview content before sharing.
Dimensions and measurement
A panorama alone does not establish real-world dimensions. Automatic calculations require suitable references, calibration or matched depth. LiDAR requires compatible hardware; other supported devices can use applicable AR or manual-recording features. Verify critical dimensions on site before installation, construction or acceptance work. Not every iPhone or iPad has LiDAR; without it, you can still import photos, enter dimensions and edit annotations.
Dimension details show a preview of the relevant photo or panorama view. Source, independent-tool verification and status are optional under More professional records and default to Not recorded. PDF reports omit unfilled professional fields; time, device and calculation history are included only when additional records are explicitly enabled. Calculation references and stale-value notices are retained.
Reporting a problem
Include the app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS / iPadOS version, reproduction steps and relevant error screenshots. For camera issues, include the brand, model and firmware. Remove passwords, private photos, client addresses and unrelated logs before sending. We will not ask for your Apple Account password. When you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond to and investigate your request. This support information leaves your device.
Using iPad and moving records between devices
In wide iPad windows, the canvas, tools and dimension list appear side by side, and a project sidebar helps you switch records. Layouts adapt to orientation, Split View and available window size; narrow windows use a single column. One app window is supported at a time. Records are stored separately on each device. Transfer them manually with complete .kdsite packages, which restore as copies; the app does not provide automatic cloud sync.
